Refund Policy

  • Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular service offer, all transactions are final and non-refundable. NOTE: PLEASE BE CAREFUL when completing a process as we will not grant a refund if you change your mind after the fee is paid. If you believe that the service provider has charged you in error, you must contact them immediately.
  • We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. In the event, we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
  • In the event a refund is received:
    • Refunds are made in Eastern Caribbean currency.
    • Interest is not payable on any refund.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar of the Companies and Intellectual Property Office, located in Hewlett House, St. John’s Street, St. John’s, Antigua. Telephone requests will not be honoured.
