Agents for Trademarks

A local attorney at law or agent admitted to represent clients before the Intellectual Property Office may be appointed as an agent.

An agent who is not a local attorney at law shall apply to the Registrar to be registered as an agent admitted to represent clients before the Intellectual Property Office.
